The shipping times are not the production times, but refer to the delivery time between dispatch of your order and delivery. The shipping times are based on empirical values and are non-binding information.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
The manufacturing times are specified separately and average 5-10 working days.

3. Fabrication Time
All items will be handmade when ordered between 3- 5 Days from the time, the order/ payment is placed.
4. Custom duty and Sales Tax
We charge NO SALES TAX for orders shipped outside of Germany and the EU. We charge required local taxes for Germany.
Imported goods in some countries may attract a duty or taxes. These charges are determined once the shipment lands in your country. The purchaser bears responsibility to pay any such charges. We cannot estimate what these charges may or may not be, please request this from your customs department for any rates and limits prior to placing an order.
5. Returns + Exchanges
Swimstrings may only be returned, if they are unworn and tags are attached, within 14 business days of receipt for German and EU customers and 60 days for international customers.
All items exchanged will be sent by registered post in Germany or airmail to international destinations.
Only unworn items in good condition may be returned. No cash repayment!
Panties, Underwear and special order items are not returnable.
Return items that have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to customer.
If you are unsatisfied, regardless of reason, with any part of your purchase, just return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a credit voucher.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return items and process your request for German customers and 30 days for International customers.
There will be no charge on first exchanges for outward shipping, but you must return the goods to us. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
